If you have data, industry knowledge or a way to reach customers, we can explore a product or venture together. We start with the customer problem and what each partner would contribute.
Industry knowledge
Data you can use
Access to customers
The customer problem
What do they need to decide or do?
A proposed product
What should we test together?
Illustration of possible contributions. Each partnership is different; it does not need all three.
Data-product partnerships
Start with a decision the customer needs to make and the data that might help. We can then discuss the product, each partner’s responsibilities, how it would reach customers and what needs testing before release.
We also need to establish whether the data may be used for the product and how it can be shared. Having the data does not, by itself, give you the right to commercialize it.
Venture partnerships
For a new venture, we discuss the customer problem, who would buy the product and how to test demand. We also consider each partner’s industry knowledge and contribution.
Ownership, funding and other commercial terms would be agreed separately.
Tell us about the opportunity
Start with a non-confidential description. If we decide to explore it together, we can agree what information to share next and how to share it. Any commercial or legal arrangement requires a separate agreement.
